Terms of Service

I. General Terms

Please keep the instructions as clear as possible, provided along with visual references.

Specify the type of commission (If it is Sticker/Emote/Chibi etc).

References of the character(s) (if YCH, please specify which YCH will be used for each character).

Extra information and references that you want to add.

Once i have accepted your commission, you will be assigned a number on the list.

Keep the conversation nice and civilized.

English and Polish preferred language.

II. Payment

Payment methot via Paypal (usd/pln) or bank transfer (pln)

All commissions must be paid upfront for the amount of half of the total price.

Full upfront transfers are allowed.

No reference sketches will not be provided prior to payment.

All payment should be processed via Paypal Invoice, issued from dipperson@outlook.com.

III. Pricing

Please note that commission sheet contains approximate pricing and is provided for customers reference.

Each artwork pricing will be individually set based on difficulty of the task and artists comfort zones.

Free of fee requests will not be accepted.

All prices are in USD.

IV. Timing

Usual turnaround time for the full commission is about 1-2 weeks.

If your case is time sensitive please make it clear.

Deadline: time reserved for commission is based on number of characters and difficulty.

I do not give refunds or returns If 1 week has passed since the payment or if your commission has already started.

I reserve the right to cancel any commission in which I do not feel comfortable.

In case there is going to be any delay in the commission, I will make sure to notify you, sometimes medical or substantial mishaps occur that are out of my hands so I hope you understand and have patience with me.

A refund can be requested only if time reserved passed, counting from the date when the invoice for commission was issued.

V. Process

Customer will get multiple chances to review work-in-process artwork, providing feedback and direction to the artwork.

Folowing steps will be executed, with low resolutiuon visuals provided for each:

- Sketch

- Lineart

- Coloring

In many cases more preview images will be provided, depending on the complexity of the artowork.

Final high-resolution visuals will be provided after receiving full payment.

VI. Revisions

Customer is not eligible to request revisions after the artwork is finished and accepted. Adjustments to the artwork can only be done while in process.

VII. Canceling/Refunding Policy

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time. If money has not been sent yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission. If money transfer was completed, the executor holds a right to decide whether the refund shall be executed. Customer can only request refund if time reserved for the order passes.

The refund will be processed through Paypal. All transfer fees have to be covered by the customer and will not be refunded.

File of a groundless chargeback, ghosting or scamming may result in blacklisting customer and sharing negative opinion through various media.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

VIII. Copyrigth/Usage Policy

Artwork Copyright:

All artworks produced are subject to copyright and may not be used for commercial purposes by the customer without explicit agreement to the contrary.

Artist's Rights:

The artist retains the right to post, share work-in-progress images, stream the creation process to third parties, use the artwork for commercial purposes, or promote it in any way unless a different arrangement is made.

Customer's Character Design:

If the customer holds copyright for the character design used in the artwork, the artist reserves the right to use it for the commissioned artwork and for commercial or promotional purposes. The design itself will not be resold or used in other artworks.

Design Ownership:

Whenever the customer provides a design for the artist to draw, the customer is obligated to inform the artist of the owner of the design.
